NB-Vietnam-Consulting was founded in 2019 to give young people from Vietnam a professional opportunity. At the same time, we help to reduce the acute shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
Our teams in Hamburg and Hanoi have already successfully transferred many young people from Vietnam in Germany and helped them and their employers get started.
In 2023, we founded our own language school in Hanoi in order to be able to prepare candidates even better for Germany.
In Vietnam we work with numerous professional schools and cooperation partners. Therefore we have a large pool of young trainees and skilled workers.
We look for suitable candidates in Vietnam for employers in Germany and establish contact with them.
We ensure the preparation of employees, organize the necessary language tests, take care of the visa process at the local embassy and apply for a work permit in Germany.
We organize the transfer to the company in Germany and also support the trainees and skilled workers afterwards, for example when dealing with authorities and looking for accommodation.
We are personally available to German employers and Vietnamese employees to answer any questions they may have!
Vietnam is a rapidly developing country with a growing population of currently 97 million people. The average age is only around 32 years.
Many young and motivated people from Vietnam want to live and work in Germany. They are highly motivated, adaptable, ambitious and, due to their culture, have a great deal of respect when dealing with people.
The education system in Vietnam consists of twelve school years. The five-year primary school is followed by secondary school. This begins with the 6th grade and is divided into two levels. The first level consists of four school years, followed by the second level up to the 12th grade. At the end there is a final exam.
After successfully completing their studies, young Vietnamese adults have a high level of basic education and are therefore ideally suited for an uncomplicated placement in Germany.
Young people in Vietnam are very interested in working in Germany or doing training there. The vast majority wants to stay in Germany long-term after completing their training and pursue their profession.
Germany is the third largest economy of the world and has over 84 million inhabitants. The average income of an employee (net) in Germany is €2244 per month.

German employers are desperately looking for trainees and skilled workers, particularly in the catering, hotel, craft and nursing sectors.
