You sign a contract with us.
We organize video interviews with you and the candidates in Vietnam.
After successful selection, we create a draft of the employment contract in accordance with visa regulations.
In addition, proof of vocational school (for trainees) and accommodation in Germany as well as language skills are required.
We support the preparation for the language exams at the Goethe Institute through our own language school. For example, a trainee needs language skills at B1 level, a specialist only needs A2 level.
We submit the visa application and help with the appointments in the Germany
Embassy in Hanoi and in the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City
We work in parallel with the Federal Employment Agency and the various immigration authorities in Germany and apply for the appropriate work permit.
We take care of the professional recognition process for skilled workers in Germany if this is necessary.
We organize the flight to Germany. Usually the employer then picks up the employees from the airport, but we can also take care of this.
If necessary, we will arrange additional German courses before the start of training. A trainee can work 10 hours in parallel during this time period.
We support with the necessary registrations at the residents’ registration office, opening a bank account, finding a health insurance etc.
We are available to employers and Vietnamese employees as a contact person for all questions.
