My name is Huyen Nguyen, I have lived and worked in Germany for over 20 years and have made it my mission to build a bridge between Vietnam and Germany in order to give young people professional opportunities.
Vietnam is a rapidly developing country with a growing population. Many young and motivated people want to live and work in Germany.
At the same time, German employers in the catering, hotel, craft and nursing sectors are desperately looking for trainees and skilled workers.
In order to support both sides, I founded NBVC in 2019. Since then, my team and I have successfully transferred many young people from Vietnam to Germany.
We organize the entire process for you, from recruiting employees in Vietnam, processing the visa process and support with the start in Germany. We can also help to find accommodation if requested.
