Recruiting of employees in Vietnam

Through our team in Hanoi and our network in Vietnam, we have access to a large pool of skilled workers and young talents. We take care of the recruitment in Vietnam.

  • We establish the contact between employers in Germany and candidates in Vietnam and organize the job interviews. We provide translation support.

 

  • We support the candidates in preparing the application documents, during the job interview and the appointment at the German Embassy.

 

  • We help with the creation of the working contract and with the collection and translation of all necessary documents and school certificates.

 

  • We prepare our employees with experienced teachers in Vietnam so that they can successfully pass the necessary language tests.

 
  • We organize the necessary language tests (A1, A2, B1, B2) in Vietnam.

Visa process and work permit

Nationals from Vietnam who would like to do training or work in Germany must apply for a training or work visa at the German embassy in Hanoi or the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. We take care of the entire process and all formalities until the employees receive the visa and are allowed to enter Germany.

  • We collect all the necessary documents and degrees with translation that are necessary to apply for a work permit for the training or to work in your company.
 
  • We help drafting the employment contract and organize the necessary health insurance for entry into Germany.
 
  • We submit the visa application and help with appointments at the German embassy in Hanoi or the consulate in Ho Chi Minh.
 
  • We work with the Federal Employment Agency and the various immigration authorities in Germany and apply for the appropriate work permit.
 
  • We take care of the professional recognition process for skilled workers in Germany if this is necessary.
 
  • We organize the flight to Germany.

Support in Germany

At your request, we support your employees in Germany. Depending on your needs, we can help with further formalities and organizational questions during the starting phase. We are available to German employers and Vietnamese employees as a contact person for all questions. You can always contact us!

  • We can pick up your employees from the airport and bring them to your company. (often the German employer takes care for this).
 
  • We help you find accommodation if requested.
 
  • We support employees with the necessary registration at the residents; registration office,
    opening an bank account, finding a health insurance company, etc.
 
  • We help with integration measures, such as arranging German courses in the starting phase and support with further qualification measures.
 
  • If requested, we will look after the trainees throughout the entire training period (2 – 3 years).
